This supply chain management (SCM) platform leverages blockchain’s transparency and tamper-proof features to scan, track, and retrieve trace IDs across the agri-food supply chain — monitoring freshness from farm to market. Nuxify supported the project from process design to full implementation. We developed smart contracts to track products and statuses, a robust QR system with inter-QR relationships for detailed traceability, a web-based trace explorer to review QR histories, APIs to connect smart contracts with client applications, and a mobile app that enables real-time QR code scanning for status updates.

The agri-food supply chain in South Korea faced recurring issues with counterfeit products, lack of transparency in freshness tracking, and inefficiencies in verifying product origins. The Solution

Nuxify designed and implemented an end-to-end blockchain-powered SCM system. We developed Ethereum smart contracts to securely track product movements, a robust QR system with interlinked codes for granular traceability, and a web-based trace explorer for detailed history reviews. A mobile application was also built to allow field operators and consumers to scan codes in real time, ensuring transparency and accountability across the supply chain.
